For your convenience, we file claims with participating insurance companies. To do so, you must provide us with a copy of your insurance card and all other current insurance information. We ask you to pay the deductible and copayment at the time of service. Under certain conditions, you can arrange a financial payment plan with our business manager. in addition to cash and checks, we accept Visa, Discover, Mastercard, and American Express.

Appointments

Our office hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday-Friday. When arranging for an appointment, please let the receptionist know the nature of your visit. This helps her schedule the proper amount of time and reduces the need for return visits. For example, a well-woman exam includes a pelvic exam, breast exam, pap smear, and standard physical. Therefore, if you need to speak with the doctor about additional concerns, we will need to schedule more time.

If you must cancel an appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. We appreciate at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us to schedule other patients who may be waiting to see their doctor.
